We have a wide range of clients globally that ofcourse cannot come and visit us for physiology testing, even remote parts of the UK it's not always practical for someone to drive hours and hours to get tested regularly. 
 
So we have for those that still want the personal training plan and attention to detail we offer then we can do that. We use Training Peaks as our Platform partner to host our training sessions and plans., we will update your plan regularly with feedback, check on the sessions, and make sure you are kept on track. We will ofcourse ask you from time to time to undertake home testing be it on a turbo or outside so we gauge your adaption to the training plan.  
 
There is only a few essential things you will need to get this up and running: 
1: Cadence Sensor/Speed Sensor 
2. Heart Rate monitor 
3. Preferably some form of Power Meter or Ergometer 
 
This works really well for our clients who cannot make the travel, or might not have the budget for the whole testing suite we offer, so this offers the lowest cost of entry for a very personal plan tailored towards meeting your goals.
